The PROMO SHOW International Advertising and Printing Fair took place on January 29-30, 2025, at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. This event has become a permanent fixture on the marketing industry’s calendar, as reflected by the large number of participants in this year’s edition. The fair offers a wide range of solutions for anyone seeking modern trends in both advertising and printing, in a convenient location in the heart of the capital.
PROMO SHOW is dedicated to advertising agencies, printing houses, and specialists from marketing departments.
– The increasingly precise targeting of the audience has resulted in the event being exclusively aimed at professionals. In response to exhibitors’ requests, we have introduced the option for suppliers who are not exhibitors to attend, but only on the second day of the fair – says Monika Opałka, Sales Director at OOH magazine, the event organizer.
The organizers of this year’s fair noted a significant increase in the number of international visitors compared to previous years. Registered attendees came from countries including: Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. Companies were also present from Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Egypt, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Italy, India, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Moldova, and Ghana. This significant increase in interest is the result of effective international promotion, which successfully attracted participants from around the globe.
This year’s edition of the SUPER GIFT competition saw an impressive turnout. Participants had the chance to select their favorite gadgets in seven categories: Products up to PLN 5, PLN 5-20, PLN 20-50, PLN 50-100, over PLN 100, as well as GIFT BOX and Super Business Gift – an award for the best promotional item aimed at managers. Dr. Marek Borowiński, an international expert in the fields of color, advertising, and sales, conducted free two-day training. The first day focused on color psychology, effective marketing, and the emotions that drive sales, while the second day addressed sports-related topics, including how to design sports gadgets and use them to build brand identity and increase sales. Participants learned how to create effective advertising campaigns and design attractive gadgets that would capture customer attention and boost loyalty.
A ceremonial gala took place on the first day of the fair, attended by over 1,000 people, including exhibitors and representatives of advertising agencies from Poland and abroad. For years, this evening has been regarded as the informal, third day of the fair, providing an excellent opportunity to initiate business talks in a more relaxed atmosphere.
During the official part of the event, companies celebrating anniversaries were honored on stage, with interviews from their representatives featured in the latest issue of OOH magazine. Among the distinguished companies were: BeJoy, Greenverta, EZOP Plus, Guapa Produkcja, Ważka Agencja Reklamowa, TOPQ, DrukPolska, ENYES, Pro-Active, Infomax Wrocław, JetLine, Oktis, PRODIR, and Velilla Group.
