Consistent quality
On February 14-15, 2024, the International Advertising and Printing Fair: PROMO SHOW took place at EXPO XXI Warsaw. The fair has permanently entered the marketers’ calendar, which was confirmed by the large attendance during this year’s edition. The event offers a comprehensive proposal for everyone who is looking for new solutions in both advertising and printing, all in a convenient location in the center of Warsaw.
PROMO SHOW is dedicated to advertising agencies, printing houses and marketing department employees.
Internationality of the fair
During this year’s event, the number of visitors from abroad doubled. The registrations were from countries such as: Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Malta, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, France, Netherlands, India, Egypt, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Moldova. SUPER GIFT competition zone with a zone for Advertising Agencies
This year’s edition of the SUPER GIFT competition attracted a large audience. Among all the gadgets submitted, visitors selected their favorites in 7 categories / Products up to PLN 5, PLN 5-20, PLN 20-50, PLN 50-100, over PLN 100, as well as GIFT BOX and Super Business Gift – the best promotional item for a manager.
Next to SUPER GIFT, the organizer prepared a zone for Advertising Agencies where visitors could rest, drink coffee, eat a snack and move on to meetings with exhibitors.
The third day of the fair – Exhibitors’ Evening
On the first day of the fair, a Gala for exhibitors and invited guests was held, attended by over 1,000 people. In addition to the exhibitors, representatives of advertising agencies from Poland and abroad. This evening has been treated for years as the informal third day of the fair, where you can also talk about business behind the scenes.
During the official part of the event, companies that celebrated their anniversaries this year were invited on stage, and interviews with them appeared in the printed edition of OOH magazine: Headwear, Citron, Rosnowski Gift, Media (Greenverta), Salem Design Studio, Wilk Elektronik (Goodram), Natura Zenon Mizerek, USBSystem, Friendsy, Falk&Ross, AVANT, Trendfactory, Voytex, Romanik, Karlowsky, Rascal, TORRO, Pier Luigi.
In true Eurovision style, a clip was presented with invitations from the event partners: RX Deutschland organizer of PSI, eppi magazine organizer of HAPTICA® live, Comunikart and industry organizations: PromoAlliance and IPPAG Cooperative AIMFAP.
The star of the evening was GROMEE, the Polish representative in the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest.
